Firm Profile:    In May 2004, Michael Heron, Kyle Sweet and Chris Fox established Heron, Sweet & Fox, P.C.  In September 2005, Kevin Trout became partner and shareholder, and the firm name changed to Heron, Sweet, Fox & Trout, P.C.  The firm began with three attorneys and has grown to nine attorneys.  As trial attorneys with over 35 years combined experience, particularly in the areas of medical malpractice, product liability and employment law, the partners of Heron, Sweet, Fox & Trout, P.C., offer their clients a unique combination of skill, knowledge and efficiency.  All of the attorneys of the firm are committed to individualized around-the-clock client service and quality legal counsel.

Michael Heron, Kyle Sweet, Chris Fox and Kevin Trout were previously partners in the law firm currently known as Johnson & Hanan, P.C., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  They have represented local, national and international clients before state courts, the three federal district courts in Oklahoma, the Oklahoma State Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as some state and federal district courts in Texas, Kansas, Colorado, Nevada and Missouri.  Heron, Sweet & Fox was established to provide the same type of legal services that the partners have been providing for years.  The firm prides itself on combining the attributes of accessibility and personal attention for every client with the expertise and experience to deliver quality legal services.
